I'm a cosmetics brand owner, currently selling perfumes. I am running ads on Facebook, but its performance has been declining recently.
So I'm considering some other platforms besides Facebook.
From an advertiser's perspective:
Which platform has more advertiser-friendly policies?
Which platform's users tend to have a stronger purchase intent?

Spend money on:
1. Facebook/Instagram advertising: Ensure to tailor the customer segment to increase conversion rate and to lower the spend
2. Google ads - targeting your keywords
Upload non paid ads content on:
1. Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube
Collect email adresses and send newsletters
Update keywords on website to ensure better ranking on search results
