Hey fellow Redditors, we have a steady stream of customers coming into our Shopify store now, but I am not quite happy with how often they purchase again. What are some tried and tested ways to increase retention and recurring orders?

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received is to talk to your customers—deeply and passionately. Understand who your best customers are so you can both upsell and double down on the marketing channels that are already working for you.
