Shopify Suppliers for Dropshipping: The $11K Print on Demand Strategy
If you’re a dropshipper looking to leverage Shopify suppliers for fast delivery, read on to discover a strategy that made over $11K in profit through print on demand. This guide shows how partnering with Shopify suppliers, focusing on fast shipping dropshipping, and using dropship agent Shopify strategies can be profitable.
When I started, I had a 9-to-5 job and was struggling financially. A friend introduced me to the idea of selling custom designs on T-shirts and other items. I used Shopify suppliers to streamline the process, achieving fast delivery dropshipping and significant profit.
How I Leveraged Shopify Suppliers for Print on Demand Success
The strategy began with creating a simple social media post to attract interest in a niche (like drummers, knitters, or pet lovers). For dropshippers using Shopify, suppliers are key to making this work, especially those offering fast delivery dropshipping. I created a Facebook page around a profession (in this case, drummers) and posted a catchy line, such as, “You know you’re a drummer if…” which encouraged engagement and generated plenty of comments. This strategy works well with Shopify suppliers who can handle fast shipping dropshipping for custom orders.
Once I identified popular responses, I used those comments to create a design that resonated with my audience. I then uploaded the design to a Shopify-integrated print on demand service, allowing Shopify suppliers to fulfill orders directly. Many Shopify suppliers offer streamlined processes for dropshippers, so they take care of everything from printing to shipping, making it a hands-off solution for sellers.
Setting Up and Promoting Your Print on Demand Product with Shopify Suppliers
With the design ready, I posted the product for sale, choosing Shopify suppliers known for fast delivery dropshipping suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction. To promote the shirt, I created a Facebook ad with a modest $10 daily budget. Within the first 24 hours, I generated four sales, covering ad costs and netting profit by the second day. The Shopify suppliers managed fast shipping and customer service, a huge advantage for dropshippers aiming for seamless fast delivery.
Gradually, I scaled up my ad spend, reinvesting profits to drive more sales. By the end, my revenue reached $22K, with $11K in profit after ad and product costs. This was possible by working with fast delivery dropshipping suppliers on Shopify, who ensured that customer orders were handled efficiently. I could rely on dropship agent Shopify strategies to maintain fast shipping dropshipping, which kept customers happy and returning for more.
Why Shopify Suppliers and Fast Delivery Matter for Dropshipping Success
One key lesson from my experience is that using reliable Shopify suppliers can make all the difference in maintaining a successful dropshipping operation. Here’s how Shopify suppliers can benefit dropshippers:
- Efficient Inventory Management: Shopify suppliers can provide real-time inventory updates, so you always know what’s available.
- Fast Delivery Dropshipping: Speed is crucial for customer satisfaction. Fast delivery dropshipping suppliers handle orders quickly, which helps build your brand reputation.
- Seamless Shopify Integration: Dropship agent Shopify suppliers allow for direct order fulfillment, saving you time.
- Automatic Updates and Communication: With Shopify suppliers, customers receive tracking updates automatically, reducing customer service workload.
- Scalability: As demand grows, Shopify suppliers can adjust production, keeping pace with your business.
Steps to Start Dropshipping with Shopify Suppliers
If you’re ready to apply this strategy, here’s a quick roadmap:
- Select Your Niche and Target Audience – Choose a specific audience for your product. You can use broad niches (such as pet lovers or athletes) or a unique profession.
- Choose Reliable Shopify Suppliers – Partner with fast delivery dropshipping suppliers who offer competitive pricing and good shipping times.
- Design Your Product – Use customer feedback to create designs that resonate emotionally. Many Shopify suppliers offer design and fulfillment options for custom products.
- Set Up Your Shopify Store – Make sure your store’s layout and design reflect your target audience’s interests.
- Promote with Ads – Use social media ads to reach a wider audience. With Shopify’s built-in integrations, you can track performance and adjust your campaigns accordingly.
Expanding Your Product Line with Shopify Suppliers
After my initial success, I tested different niches and products, from mugs to phone cases, all fulfilled by Shopify suppliers specializing in fast shipping dropshipping. By diversifying your product range and optimizing fulfillment times, you’ll attract a broader customer base and strengthen your brand.
The right Shopify suppliers make all the difference, offering the infrastructure to grow from a side hustle to a profitable business. With dropship agent Shopify strategies, fast delivery dropshipping becomes attainable for sellers of all sizes.
Final Thoughts
For dropshippers, partnering with efficient Shopify suppliers can transform your business. This strategy, combined with fast shipping dropshipping and a customer-centric approach, led to over $11K in profit in my first campaign. Use Shopify suppliers who can support fast delivery, and you’ll be on track for dropshipping success.

I haven’t thought about “crowdsourcing” an idea from comments! Awesome
Hey man, as some one that English is not an native language, I don't really understand what "crowdsourcing" means. Do you mean the progress that OP mentioned in the post that he collects information first?
Thank you ahead! :)
crowd-sourcing is when you get data, infromation, ideas from the general public.
The example here is how he got the ideas on what to put on the T-shirts from seeing what comments on the Facebook post were liked the most. Those liked comments are an idea of what to put on a T-shirt. The Facebook people are the crowd, the sourcing is getting to know what people think is funny in those comments.
Hope this kinda helps :)

Thought it was chatgpt at first but love the idea and execution. With social media it's all about finding that one line that will hook users into commenting and sharing. Smart. I'll consider doing this with my brand in the near future.
OP
Haha yes, I wrote it myself :)
Glad you found it useful!

Thanks for the guide. I can visualize now this would be great for several niche’s.
C4
Interesting! i bet this works around Mother’s Day/Father’s Day lol. I was reading stats on subscription boxes and it seems like they sell like crazy around those days for the same reasons. Tysm for the post!!
OP
It can definitely work, but in that case you'd have to find a way for the answers to be written by their kids in order for it to be effective.

Where’s the image you said you were going to post?

Great post! I want to try this on my own now too. Did you make a new Facebook page for every niche?
Theoretically, could I just look for a similar page in my niche to field comments?
OP
Yes, I created a new Facebook page for every niche I wanted to sell in. Just to make it look more credible.
I don’t know what you mean by your last part. Looking for such posts on other pages?
with your new Facebook page, do you boost it with ads right away or do you spend time to post organically first?
OP
With this method, you do not need to build up your page. You can start with zero followers. Only if you want to do this long-term and create a brand around your niche is it worth developing your audience
I think he uses the same group to run the ads which is why he created his own but not sure
C7
Awesome idea! I have a question about the Facebook page though. Did you create a Facebook business page, a group or a personal profile from scratch? I guess it must have been a business page since only businesses can make ads, right? Did you fill that page with engaging content before making these "You know you are a drummer if…" posts? In case people look around your page to see if you are legit.
I understood everything pretty good. But the Facebook thing I'm just a bit unsure about.
OP
Good question. Yes, I created a Facebook page around it. For this specific example,m I already had pretty large following on the page, but for other niches I do try to create a cover image and one or two posts related to that niche to make it more credible.
So, you could say that the business page would just exist for the purpose of making the "You know you're a drummer if..." posts and for the t-shirt ads.
Say, for example, I would use vegans as a niche. I'd make a vegan business page, post a number of vegan recipes and other things related to veganism, then make some "You know you're a vegan if..." posts and pay for it to reach a larger audience. Collect the most popular comments and make a t-shirt out of it and then market it with ads with that vegan business page. Besides some details and other intricacies that I can figure out, did I understand this correctly? This is the gist of it?
OP
Yes, exactly like you said.
I will definitely give this a try. There's honestly not much to loose. Thanks for sharing this idea.
C8
I'm getting a lot of likes but no comments. What do I do in that scenario?
OP
Usually in those cases you need to go after a different niche. Which did you use in your question?
Courtship never dies, it... (comment below) 🌹✨
OP
That’s not really a niche. It’s more like a state of mind. And the question is difficult to answer spontaneously.
C9
Wow! That is a genius idea. Let your potential customers help you with your ideas. My problem is figuring out where to even start with niches. And I am not a designer whatsoever so that is another huge problem for me as well. How do I even know what niches are popular right now? They seem to change all the time. How do you figure out what niche is saturated or not? I am realizing I am a very teeny weeny fish in a large POD pond but I want to make extra money for my family.
OP
I don’t know if it’s allowed to post here, but check out r/PassionsToProfits. There’s a niche list in the resources section you can download. Maybe it’ll inspire you. Regarding designs, I am not a designer myself, so I simply hire one and outsource my designs. Actually, even if you have design skills I recommend you hire a designer. 2 mais reasons for that:
- You save a ton of time that you can spend doing product/design research
- You don’t get emotionally involved with your designs. This will help you make businesses decisions based on data, not emotions.
Thank you for your reply! I will check out that thread and see what I can find. I have seen a few YouTube videos where people are using AI to create designs. What are your thoughts on this?
OP
I’ve played a lot with AI for design creation, but I don’t think it’s there yet. If you want to make serious money with print on demand, you have to change your mentality from the “beauty of the design” to “it’s the phrase that pays”. The words on a design matter way more than the graphic elements. Of course there are exceptions. For example, if you are a graffiti artist with a following on social media, your designs are likely going to be graphic in nature. What I’m talking about is identifying a niche and making designs they resonate with and that pull on their heartstrings (I.e. make them want to take out their wallets). Whoever came up with the phrase “I love my cat, you not so much” back in 2013 or so became very successful (don’t use that phrase btw, it has been done to death now). I find AI isn’t able to recreate that kind of refined humor (yet).
Ahhh I get what you are saying! That makes sense. So instead of getting my self worked up over the design elements I need to focus more on what the phrase will be. I just need that catchy phrase because that it going to be what gets me sales. Do I have that right?
OP
Exactly. One of my current bestselling designs (multiple 5 figures) is a text-only design.
Thank you so much for the advice! I am sure I will have more questions as time goes on. 😊

Just starting out making our own gift shop for our own cult like niche (BJJ community). We did a first test in our dojo, already asked them, if you have any ideas, share them with us! And people actually do. Never thought of using it as a catalyst and/or marketing tactic. Thanks for this post man
OP
That's awesome, I'm happy for you! Now imagine what else is possible with print on demand. This method is just a tiny fraction of what you can do 😉
I'm here for it :) if you have some other hidden gems lying around somewhere on this platform let me know haha
OP
Well, I run the subreddit r/PassionsToProfits where I regularly share golden nuggets, actionable tips and strategies around e-commerce (lots of print on demand stuff too). Feel free to check it out :)

This is absolutely amazing! Thanks for sharing ! And for not selling it as a course lol
OP
Lol. Hope it inspires you. I share more tips on r/PassionsToProfits in case e-commerce interests you.

An actual helpful post with some out of the box thinking. This definitely works, I've had success with this too but your idea is better. I did something similar with a motorcycle tshirt and made around 10k in profit. I was following some motorcycle groups and found a slogan that was commonly used in the comment section of those groups. Made a shirt and spent some money on ads to promote that shirt to them. The shirt was so simply that I'm surprised it even worked, I like the design of yours way better. This was years ago, thinking of getting back into it after reading this post, you've definitely sparked some ideas, thank you.
What did you price the shirts at and what was your cut if you don't mind me asking?
OP
Thanks for sharing your story! That’s a great strategy. It goes to show that if you do proper product research, there’s definitely good money to be made with print on demand. I priced this shirt at $23.99 and my profit margin was $17/shirt. In this case I used Viralstyle as the supplier (US based).
Any specific reason why you chose Viralstyle? I’ve tried a few different suppliers and always found inconsistencies
OP
Mainly for three reasons. Their product quality is good, their base prices low and it’s very easy to quickly duplicate products if you want to create several at once.
Did you create a separate Facebook business account to advertise the motorcycle shirt?
No I made a page for motorcycles and promoted it through there.
C13
Did Viralstyle let you put a FB pixel on your storefront or did you just optimize for clicks on your campaigns?
OP
You can insert your Facebook pixel into the platform, yes.
C14
What did you post your listings on? Etsy?
OP
For this example, I used viralstyle. It’s a free web-based fulfillment platform.
C15
Did you open an LLC for this and did you have to pay taxes for it? I’m sorry I’m trying to start my own business. Thank you!!!
OP
I am not based in the US. I am based in Europe and registered as a solopreneur. Tax laws differ greatly between countries, and I suggest you consult with a few accountants first. They will be in a better position to give you advice on how to optimize your operation in terms of taxes.

If I make a Facebook page, will my friends see it? I would want this anonymous
OP
If your friends are part of your target audience, they could potentially see it. But they wouldn’t know that the page belonged to you.
